UIButtons: how to make them pretty?

Hey all,
I have been frustrated by UI buttons. I have been using interface builder and the standard "rounded rect" buttons. Frankly, these are very unattractive. Plain borders, no 'sheen' (or tint or whatever it is called). They look very amateurish. I want to make buttons that look like those in the standard iPhone calculator App. Is there a proper way to do this? Am I missing something?

um a PNG :P take it, put it in our project and set the image of the UIButton to the PNG. That simple
